Artist statement
My work uses the mediums of enamel and print making. My imagery comes from my environment, plants and animal life that encroach on it. I continue to explore and experiment in both mediums producing pieces for exhbition and to commission. A grant from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland will enable me to buy a larger kiln with the objective of producing work on a larger scale and 3D forms. I also aim to explore further possibilities of interaction between my work in enamel and print.
