The Programmes and Services offered to registered craftspeople have been designed to increase competitiveness in todays changing market place. With increasing globalisation and competition craft enterprises face many new challenges but also new opportunities. Recent research carried out by CCoI confirm the opening up of a range of new niche markets that specialise in speciality, unique and luxury goods.  Responding to this, CCoI have developed a range of services and programs which aims to empower craftspeople to enhance and exploit their business potential within their chosen market. In general programmes have been tailored to match the requirements and specific needs of two main markets, the High-end Market and Main-Stream Market.

• High-End Markets are collector, commissioning and gallery markets with high end product.  Programs include - Business Programmes, Awards and Assistance, Exhibition
  

• Main stream Markets are retail shops, retail fairs with middle to luxury product.  Business Programs, Showcase, Awards and Assistance.
