The biggest challenge for people who want to commission a 'one off piece' of artwork is knowing where and how to find the right artist to make it. Irish Craft Portfolio was established in 2005 to provide a platform for promoting craftworkers producing work to an international exhibition standard. If you have a retail outlet then you may be interested in information on Showcase – Ireland’s largest, craft, gift, fashion and interiors show, which takes place in the RDS, Dublin in January every year. More information on this event is available from the Showcase website.
RESEARCH
