Craft in the Classroom
Craft in the Classroom is a visual arts based educational programme which provides training for makers and teachers in the design and delivery of creative crafts projects for children in classroom contexts.

The programme was initially piloted in 2005/ 2006 in County Cork as a direct response to a need for help and support with the Revised Visual Arts Curriculum at primary level. Since then, Craft in the Classroom has been successfuly rolled out in the following counties:

2005/ 2006: Cork

2006/ 2007: Kilkenny, Waterford & Tipperary

2007/2008: Carlow & Wexford

2008/ 2009: Dublin & Leitrim
