CCoI Education Team are pleased to announce a new Code of Practice for Public Engagement in Educational Contexts 2013 in conjunction with the CCoI Child Protection Policy is now available. This Code of Practice is for craftspeople who are members of the CCoI Craft Education Panel plus CCoI staff who are involved in public engagement in educational contexts. CRAFTed 2012 Evaluation Report The Crafts Council of Ireland (CCoI) is pleased to publish the 2012 Evaluation Report for CRAFTed Learning Skills for Life primary schools programme. This report is written by Polly Minett, National Co-Ordinator of the Crafts Council of Ireland’s CRAFTed programme. The report aims to inform all participants, and stakeholders involved in CRAFTed, about the process, development and strategic planning that took place in 2012. At the Crafts Council of Ireland we evaluate all our education programmes, and this report outlines key recommendations for future action and strategic development of the CCoI’s leading primary schools programme, CRAFTed. The CCoI Education Team aims to increase access to creative experiences and opportunities for all learners to improve knowledge and skill-levels in craft and design related areas. This 2012 Evaluation Report for CRAFTed serves to enhance CCoI’s commitment to enhancing the mainstream education offering for primary school pupils and teachers. |
